Refund policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted wax melts, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Whilst we take great care in packaging your order, wax melts in clamshell packaging can occasionally crack or break during transit. Please note that cracked clamshells do not affect the performance or quality of the wax melt, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for this reason alone.

If your order arrives with missing items or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bramblearomatics@gmail.com with a clear photo and we'll resolve it straight away.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
