Shipping policy

At Bramble Aromatics, all wax melts are freshly handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of your order for your melts to be made, set, and carefully packaged before dispatch.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked, so you'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Delivery is typically within 2-3 business days from dispatch.

For larger orders over 4kg, we may use an alternative courier service. You'll still receive full tracking information regardless of the delivery method used.

Please note that during busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed if there's any delay.

We currently ship to UK Mainland addresses only. We are unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or other offshore locations at this time.
